Shipping:

At this time we only ship to the United States. Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional shipping charge. Alaska and Hawaii customers will be contacted for pre-approval of the additional shipping charge.

Please be aware that products which have an (*) astric symbol on the bottom of the product description page will require an additional charge due to the weight of the product. Large quantity orders of the same product, or different products, may also require an additional shipping charge.

We will notify you of any additional shipping charges in advance, if applicable, for your pre-approval before shipping your order. We will provide you the opportunity to pay the additional shipping charge(s), or cancel your order.

Below is our standard shipping rate chart which is based on the total price of product(s) purchased.  Contact Us prior to ordering if you would like a shipping quote. We will need you to provide us your zip code and the product(s) name(s) and quantity you would like to order.

Delivery:

Please allow one to two weeks for delivery. All orders are shipped either UPS or USPS and we will notify you via email when your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number. You can also log into Your Account at anytime to check the status of your order.

Returns Policy:

An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be required to return a product. Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized and a RMA# is provided to you.

Individually purchased emergency suvival food or water can not be returned. 

If you received a product that is found to be defective, we will replace it without any additional shipping charges to you. Just return the product to us via USPS Parcel Post® along with your RMA#, and once we receive it, we will send you a replacement product right away and reimburse you for the shipping charges you incurred to return the product to us.  The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

If you would like to return any product that is not defective there is a 15% (non-packaged products or product packages that have not been opened) and a 25% (product package that has been opened, torned, ripped etc.) re-stocking fee. All accompanying product material i.e. instructions, different pieces, product package etc. must be returned with the product. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
